1Upload card design
PDF, PNG or JPG. Easiest: paint a magenta (#FF00FF) square where the QR goes and a cyan (#00FFFF) bar where the guest name goes — they're found automatically. Otherwise draw the boxes below with your finger/mouse.
2QR & name position
Tap a button, then drag on the card. QR box should be at least 25 mm square.
3Guest list
Upload CSV (from Excel: File → Save As → CSV). Columns (any order): name, org, category, admit, email, mobile, consent. Only name or org is required — phone and email can be added later. Leave name blank for unknown guests — they get organisation codes like KR-001.
4Message for WhatsApp / email
Your cards are ready
Every QR is signed and works for one entry only. Share sends the card image straight to WhatsApp/email from your phone.
